Sunday - 10K Training
Monday - Strength with Jari and Cathe
Tuesday - Cardio, mostly kickboxing
Wednesday - Total Body with Jessica and Kelly
Thursday - Dance with Jennifer
Friday - Cathe circuit workouts
Saturday - Rest
