Guillermo Gomez Martial Fusion Fitness Kickboxing - Thoughts

Martial Fusion Fitness Kickboxing is a 58 minute cardio kickboxing workouts. Along with Guillermo, there are two other cast members however there is not a beginner modifier. The warm up is 8 minute.  In the warm up, Guillermo introduces basic steps, punching and stretching. In the main part of the workout you do a series of drill base punching and cardio moves, alternated with kickboxing combos. The punching moves are jabs, hooks, and uppers. Cardio moves are jumping jacks, cross jacks, jump rope, double side shuffle, and grapevine. Some of the kickboxing combos include : Four Jab Cross + Step Knee + Round kick Upper - Hook - Cross Double Jab - Cross - Jab Jab - Cross - Hook - Upper - Front Kick The workout pretty much moves non-stop from move to move. There are transition moves such as boxer shuffle or side steps.  There are also 3 sets of  squats interspersed throughout the workout. Guillermo Gomez Fat Burning Cardio Kickboxing - Thoughts

Fat Burning Cardio Kickboxing is lead by Sensi Guillermo Gomez. Guillermo takes you through a 60 minute cardio kickboxing workout. Guillermo warms you up with punches (jabs, hooks, uppers) and lower body stretching and hamstring pull backs. After the warm up, Guillermo starts to build the first part of the combination routine and he continues to add on to the combo throughout the workout. So there is really only one combo.  You perform this routine on one side and then perform it on the other side before moving on. In between building the combination routine, Guillermo throws in cardio moves such as jumping jacks, jump ropes, criss-cross jacks, and speed bag jog.  He also adds in lower body work such as a long series of squats, series of knee pulls and a series of knee front  kicks. After each cardio or sculpting move, Guillermo picks the combo back up and continues to add to the routine.  The workout is non-stop for pretty much the full 60 minutes. Guiller...
