Please see spreadsheet for breakdown. Workout format is similar to other body combat workouts.  This particular workout included a really long Power Training 2 segment that contains floor base strength and core moves. Another solid workout Body Combat #73 - 3 & 1/2 stars

Les Mills On-Demand BodyCombat #74 clocks in at just over 53 minutes.  The presenters are Dan and Rachael.  They are joined by Erin Maw and Marlon Woods. Track 5 Power Training 2 is floor based.  There are plank jacks, mountain climbers, and sprawls. Track 9 is also floor based. It is your core track. This was fun. I had not done a BodyCombat workout it awhile. I like most of the music tracks and the presenters were excellent. BC#74 - 3 & 3/4 stars

Les Mills On Demand BodyCombat #65 - Thoughts

Body Combat #65 On-demand version clocks in at 27:45.  This workout is lead by Dan Cohen, Rachael Newsham, and Brian Cochrane. The on demand version contains the following segments. 01a Upper Body Warm up (3:58) lead by Rachael. 01b Lower Body Warm up (4:25) lead by Dan. 2 Power Training 1 (4:29) lead by Brian 3 Muay Thai (4:07) also lead by Brian. 4 Power Training 3 (6:09) and 5 Conditioning (2:51) - Racheal is the lead in both 4 and 5. I was a bit bummed that this workout didn't feature a combat segment.  Those are usually my favorite.  The power training segments featured punches - mostly jabs, uppers and hooks and cardio (running or jogging in place, scissor feet).  The conditioning segment was core/ab work.  Of the segments presented, the Muay Thai segment was my favorite. 3 & 3/4 stars

Les Mills On Demand Body Combat #59 clocks in at just over 31 minutes.  The presenters in this workout are: Dan Cohen Rachael Newsham Pernilla Blomquist Mika Kankainen. However there are a lot of other cast members on stage that come in and out depending on the round. The segments featured: 01a Upper Body Warm up 4:10 01b Lower Body Warm Up 4:30 2 Combat 1 4:03 3 Power Training 1 5:06 4 Combat 2 5:22 5 Power Training 2 6:00 I enjoyed the upper body warm up in this one as it featured blocks and strikes. Combat 1 was led by Mika and Power Training 1 by Pernilla and both of these were high energy fast past segments especially the Power Training. Again the workout, just ends after Power Training 2. 3 & 3/4 stars

Les Mills On Demand Body Combat # 62 clocks in at 29:47.  This workout is lead by Dan Cohen, Rachael Newsham, and Andres Vesga.  The segments are for On Demand Body Combat # 62 01A - Upper Body Warm up 4:41 01B - Lower Body Warm up 2:52 02 - Combat 1 - 3:43 03 - Power Training 1 - 4:15 04 - Muay Thai - 7:51 05 - Core Conditioning - 4:48 Usually I think the Muay Thai segments are too long but I like this particular Muay Thai segment.  This workout ends after the Core Conditioning segment, so the ending is a bit abrupt. Yeah, I like this one. 3 & 3/4 stars

Les Mills On-Demand Body Combat #64 - Thoughts

Les Mills On-Demand BodyCombat #64 is a streaming workout that clocks in at 29:59.  I have been trying to resist the streaming movement but I got as a gift for Christmas a year's subscription to the Les Mills On Demand service. Les Mills On-Demand contains a variety of workouts from different programs. Most of the programs looks like they are a shorter version of the original workout that was produced.  I think of the on-demand version as pre-mixes. The program directors for the BodyCombat series are Dan Cohen and Rachael Newsham and in BodyCombat#64 they are the only presenters. The segments that make up this workout are: 01A Upper Body Warm Up 4:58 01B Lower Body Warm Up 4:31 02 Combat 1 2:10 03 Power Training 2 5:54 04 Combat 3 3:09 05 Muay Thai 7:57 I really like this one.  It was short and to the point and full of high energy.  I also enjoyed the majority the music tracks. The streaming was fine for this particular workout.  Also, the worko...
