Cathe Metabolic Total Body - Review

Cathe's Metabolic Total Body is one of seven workouts that is part of the ICE series.
Metabolic Total Body clock in at 47:53. Almost all of the exercises are compound multi joint exercises where you are working both the lower body and upper body simultaneously.
The awkwardness was kept to a minimum.  I say this because depending on the combination of the moves, the compound exercise can be cumbersome to do. But the exercises in this workout flowed pretty well with each other.

Because of the exercises are compound in nature, there is a cardio effect however the pace of the workout was moderate
I felt the tempo of most of the exercises slower than I am used to with Cathe workouts.
There also seem to be more time between the exercises and more stretching after an exercise.

There are seven basic premixes, four timesaver premixes, and six mishmosh premixes. The bonuses are ICY Core 1, Muscle Meltdown Chest and a Blizzard Blast.

Of the seven main workouts in the ICE series, Metabolic is one of my favorites.  4 stars
