5 Week Rotation Feb 28 to Apr 3, 2010


I am starting a 5 week rotation that starts Sunday February 28 and ends Satuday April 3.
This rotation consist of aerobic weight training, kickboxing, and treadmill and step cardio.
Saturday will be an active recovery day and rest day. I have chosen 20 to 30 minutes workouts to stretch out the body.
