Sleek Technique Sleek Full Ballet Body Sculpt

Sleek Technique Full Ballet Body Sculpt consist of five 10-minute ballet inspired workouts plus warm up and cool down. This DVD came as a three-DVD set. The warm up, tutorial and cool down are the same sessions included on Sleek Techniques other two workouts. See below for a link to the other two DVDs.

Mat Abs starts off working the lower abs with supine frog plies and single leg switches. Next we move to lying side work working the right side by dong arabesques crunches, attitudes and side planks.  Then comes a set of front elbow planks. The exercise repeat leading left. After repeating the exercise, we do a set of can cans, 4 point extension, and full planks. The session concludes with down dog single leg splits. Clocks in at 10:49 and features both Victoria and Flik.

Standing Abs is led by Flik and clocks in at 11:07.  It includes plies, twist, side bends, knee lifts, and attitudes lifts all performed and repeated in the first, second, and fifth positions. 

Ballerina Back & Arms is lead by Victoria Marr and clocks in at 11:32.  Some of the standing exercises are port de bra arms, 1st-5th-2nd arm series, arm circles, arms to third, lateral pull down and arm circles. Floor exercises include 4-points, plank walk rocks, and superman.

Perfect Pro Legs is led by Flik Swan.  There are two parts to this session. The first is standing where Flik takes you through a series of plies in the parallel, first, second and third ballet positions. She adds tendu and arabesque. We also do a series of toe balance. The next sections is floor based. Flik starts on all 4s for a series of leg pumps, knee extensions and clams. Time 11:22

Sassy Show Girl is lead by Flick and includes a standing segment and a floor segment. In the standing segment, you are doing hip isolations, alternating lateral pulls, plies, knee-arm step-out combo and a lunge sequence. The floor work includes lying side extensions and high kicks. The workout has running time of 10;06.
