See tables for list of exercises. Each of the segments start with a bounce warm up.  In between most of the exercises in all the segments (except stretch), Suzanne and Jess bounce it out. The bounce is free-style. You can do what you want in this area.

The Arms & Abs track use a set of light dumbbells. Suzanne and Jess first take you through and arm series before moving down to the mat (trampoline) for ab sequence. Arms & Abs clocks in at 16 minutes.

Thigh Bounce is about the legs. You are working mostly the quads and this segment is about 13-minutes in length.

Booty Bounce clocks in at around 13-minutes.  This is your "seat" workout.

Cardio Bounce alternate cardio moves with toning moves. In the cardio moves you are typically jumping on the trampoline. Suzanne does show beginner to intermediate  variations of any of the higher impact moves.

Total Body Bounce is 11 minutes in length. In this workout Suzanne takes your through compound moves that a performed half on the floor and half on the trampoline.  Suzanne tells you that this is an advance segment.  For me, the most challenging part of the workout was having to balance. At one point Suzanne talks about the trampoline being a stable unstable platform.

Stretch is the last segment on on the DVD. Suzanne tells you t add this total body stretch on to any of the workouts. Only Suzanne is in this segment which clocks in at 8 minutes.

The set is not necessarily bright but it has white walls and a gray floor.  The music is mostly up tempo in all the segments except the stretch segment. Music is more muted in stretch segment.
