Jeanette Jenkins Bikini Boot Camp 2 - Thoughts

Bikini Boot Camp 2 clocks in at 62 minutes.  Like the previous version, it features a beach inspired setting.  The music is up tempo.  Along with Jeanette, there are two other cast members. Jeanette states that this workout is intermediate to advance.

The warm up is about 5 minutes.  In Cardio Chisel Camp, the first two segments are cardio based and in the third segment, Jeanette adds a pair of dumbbells. I was thinking that there was going to be more weight work than it was but there was not a lot.  Jeanette used three pound dumbbells in this segment. Cardio Chisel Camp clocked in at around 27-minuetes. My favorite segment was CCC1 where it was pure cardio. You were doing moves such as star jacks, run in place, knee hops, skaters and kickboxing moves.

Precision Camp clocked in at around 12 minutes and both segments in Precision Camp are ballet-barre inspired moves. Plies, releve, leg lifts, arabesque .

Pilates Camp also clocked in at 12 minute and you are performing the moves on the floor. This is also your ab segment. 

Stretch Camp concludes the workout with a floor based 6 minute stretch.

What I really liked about this workout was the timer count-down clock that appeared in each segment.
I like Bikini Boot Camp 2 much better than the first version of this workout.
