Sunday - Treadmill runs. Moving mileage up to 4 miles.
Monday - FIRM Total Body Sculpting
Tuesday - FIRM Cardio parts
Wednesday - Cathe Metabolic Workouts
Thursday - Cardio Karate
Friday - Essentrics Total Body
Saturday - Vibration platform and extended stretching.

I will also be doing nightly stretching and some of Kelly Coffey-Meyer 30-Minute to Fitness Abs & Core workouts.
