There are two parts of this workout, a dance cardio part which is the first 40 minutes and the second part is 20-minutes of sculpting and toning.

Jeanette leads a large cast in this workout where she takes them and me through a series of relatively easy to follow dance moves. Jeanette teaches a move at half speed and then she picks up the tempo as she moves through the combo. This method of teaching lessoned the intensity of the workout and the workout moved much slower than I wanted. What I did like was there not an excessive amount of taking it from the top.  Instead, what Jeanette does is she will incorporate a move or two before the add on and take it from there, then she circles back to the top before moving on.
I also like the final combination once it came together.

The toning segment starts with Plie Butt.  This is followed by three more lower body focused exercises.  The lower body exercises do include arm work.  The last toning segment focuses on the abs.  Jeanette takes you through a series of exercises that work the upper, oblique and lower abs.
A stretch concludes the workout.

The music is good. My only complaint was in the Cardio Dance portion where the music faded and just became more of background music.  The set is gray.

Overall I really liked the whole workout.  I did the Cardio Dance segments in the morning and the toning segments in the evening.

3 & 3/4 stars
