Pyramid Power Walk is a 30-minute walk. After about a 5 minute warm up, Jessica takes you on a walk where the tempo of the music steadily increases until it reaches a peak. This is probably your 15 minute mark. During the peak, you will have the option to run or jog. After you hit the peak, then the tempo steadily decreases until you get to the cool down.stretch. So the tempo of the workout really resembles that of a pyramid.
Strength Interval Walk is a 30 minute workout that incorporate weights. There is a warm up and cool down that are about 5 minutes each. The overall tempo of the whole workout is a slower steady state tempo. Please see spreadsheet for list of exercises:
Both the Pyramid Power Walk and Strength Interval Walk feature three levels of intensity. A beginner, intermediate and advance exercisers. There is a countdown clock that pops up at the 10 minute mark. The workout is filmed indoors.
Bonus: 20 Minute Chair Stretch is a 20 minute workout that uses a chair and a yoga block. It is a very slow moving workout. The workouts starts seated on the chair with spine, neck, and shoulder workout. Jessica includes stretches for the hips and groin. You do a set of a modified warrior stretch while seated on the chair. In the standing position, you stretch your calves, quad muscles, and you also performed a modified downward dog stretch.
