Les Mills On-Demand Body Combat #64 - Thoughts
Les Mills On-Demand BodyCombat #64 is a streaming workout that clocks in at 29:59. I have been trying to resist the streaming movement but I got as a gift for Christmas a year's subscription to the Les Mills On Demand service.
Les Mills On-Demand contains a variety of workouts from different programs. Most of the programs looks like they are a shorter version of the original workout that was produced. I think of the on-demand version as pre-mixes.
The program directors for the BodyCombat series are Dan Cohen and Rachael Newsham and in BodyCombat#64 they are the only presenters.

I really like this one. It was short and to the point and full of high energy. I also enjoyed the majority the music tracks.
The streaming was fine for this particular workout. Also, the workout moved seamlessly for one segment to the next and you really did not know that the workout had been spliced together. The one thing that I didn't like was that the workout ended kind of abruptly.
