In Giant Sets you do 10 exercises back-to-back.  You get a two-minute break. Then you tackle another 10 exercises, followed by a two-minute break. The workout concludes with a final 10 exercises and then a brief cool down.

In the first two sets, you are doing 10 reps per exercise.  In the last set, you do 8 reps per exercise. 

Giant Sets clocks in at just under 52 minutes and the DVD includes 9 premixes.
