August  2022 Monthly Rotation

I will be traveling quite a bit this month. So I have some streaming workouts plan that I can do in hotel rooms.  

I am starting the month off with Cathe lower body and upper body strength workouts.  This will be followed by Kelly Coffey-Meyer RAW workouts before returning for more Cathe lower body and upper body workouts.  Then, I plan on moving into a six-week Xtend Barre rotation.
