Jessica Smith 5 Mix & Match Miles - Thoughts

One of the newest Walk On workouts by Jessica Smith is 5 Mix & Match Miles. 
The miles are:
Mile 1: Energy Boost - 16:31
Mile 2: Pumped Up Pace - 14:28
Mile 3: Brain Training - 15:58
Mile 4: Waistline Work - 16:05
Mile 5:  Jog and Jive - 14:42

There is a warm up and cool down (both clock in at 5:53) and a count down timer that appears for each of the miles.

The DVD offers the following menu options:
1.  5 Mix and Match Miles. Here you can select miles individually.
2.  Premixes - There are three premixes.
     Premix #1: 2 Quick Miles consist of the warm up,  Pumped up pace,  Jog & Jive and the cool down.  This workout clocks in at 41:42
     Premix #2: 3-Mile Power Walk.  The segments include warm up, energy boost, brain training,       waistline work, and cool down.  Premix #2 clocks in at 1:00:55.
     Premix #34 Mega Miles includes the warm up, energy boost, pumped up pace, jog & jive, waistline work and cool down.  1:14:06 is the run time of premix #3.
3.  Custom - Here is where you can build your on mix in any order by selecting any of the miles. You can also select to include the warm up and cool down segments.
4.  Credits

As in most Jessica Smith walking workouts there is a beginner modifier and an advanced exerciser. Jessica takes on the intermediate role.

Overall I like this combination of miles. The music in some segments is on the blah side and in other parts of the workout, there is  good driving beat.
