Fitness Favorites FitPrime Live G-Force 3 & G-Force 4 - Thoughts
FitPrime Live G-Force 3 and G-Force 4. This is a two DVD set. G-Force workouts are rebounder workouts created by Anna Benson of Fitness Favorite, FitPrime and The FIRM fame.
In G-Force 4, Carissa Foster, Tracie Long, Cindy Thorp and Eleanor Washburn takes you through a 53-minute fusion style workout.
This workout encompasses a medicine ball, a rebounder, weights, tall steps and includes sculpting, cardio, pilates, and yoga style moves.
The ladies trade off; each teaching a particular section of the workout.
The workout was filmed as part of the FitPrime-Live Vacation Workshop. The workout is of an actual class that took place and you can see this in the filming.
You don't get to really see the class participants, maybe just their shadows but the instructors do change in and out.
There were some equipment problems that the instructors had to work through but for the most part, it did not interrupt the flow of the class. I thought the workout itself decent. I would describe this workout as low intermediate.

Anna Benson leads G-Force 3. This workout is a "live" workout of an actual class. The workout is a 49 minute total body fusion workout that includes cardio in the form of the rebounder, sculpting, pilates and yoga.
Anna did not have as much difficulty with her equipment as the ladies who lead G-Force 4. The thing about live workouts is that exercises don't always get equal treatment. Reps or the way the move is performed is usually off from one side to the next. That is what I notice about this workout. Anna would perform the move a certain way on one side but she did not do the same move the same way on the other side.
I like this workout. It was easy to follow. You are swapping in and out a lot of equipment. Anna's equipment list include tall step, rebounder, dowel, med ball, mat and weights.
The soundtrack for this workout has a lot of good tunes.
