Dance Body Beautiful Ballroom Body Blast - Thoughts
Ballroom Body Blast is disc 3 of Lisa Rinna's Dance Body Beautiful workouts. The workout is about 67 minutes in length and the format is the same as the other Dance Body Beautiful workouts.
Slow tempo
Medium tempo
Fast tempo
In between the warm up and cool down are four different dance routines.
They are:
Jive, Jam, and Kick
Hot Salsa Burn
Samba Blast
Disco Dream Body
I really did like all the dances and thought all four were cute. I skipped the breakdown section of each dance and I started with the Slow Tempo section and then move on to the other tempos. By the end of the slow tempo I had all the moves down. Although I was a bit irritated with the camera angles. Some of the camera angles made the dances difficult to pick up the moves the first couple of times through.
Lisa, still not crazy about her cuing. I wouldn't have mind if the workout had a music only option.
There is a bonus workout section on this DVD. It is called Jive Jams Tight Tush. It is only about 2 & 1/2 minutes.
