Under The Weather

DARN. DARN. DARN. I caught a cold. It is so inconvient. I missed two of my workouts this week as a result of being sick and only made it through 1/2 of what I was planning to do in another workout.

Sluggish. That is what I feel. And it is so annoying when your nose is running and you have a coughing attack; and even more irritating when your SO ask "Are you sure it was a good idea to workout?"

"No, I am not sure!" I just hate when my rotation gets thrown out of whack.
