Track Pilates (Autumn Calabrese - Bodi) Level 2

Track Pilates Level 2 workouts.

Workouts for level 2 are:

  • Track Pilates Total Body 1
  • Track Pilates Lower Body & Core 2
  • Track Pilates Upper Body & Core 2
  • Track Pilates Synergy
Very similar to the first group of workouts but slightly more challenging.  As in level 1, Autumn delivers motivational tips throughout each workouts.
