May 2025 Workout Routine
For the next 5 or 6 months, the plan is to follow the same workout routine. The routine is:
Sunday - Cardio
Monday - Lower Body
Tuesday - Upper Body
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Lower Body
Friday - Upper Body
Saturday - Recovery
May 2025 features strength workouts from Jessica Smith, Cathe, and Autumn Calbrese.
Cardio will be treadmill on Sundays and Discount Workouts Kickboxing DVDs on Wednesday.
Recovery workouts will be from Michelle Dozois, Jessica Smith, AeroSpace and Tamilee.
