Andrea Rogers Xtend Pilates

XB Pilates by Andrea Rogers is a 3-week program that consist of 12 main workouts and 2 bonus workout.  The main workouts clock in around 30 minutes.  The bonus workouts are around 10-minutes,

I did the first week of workouts. I found them to be quite challenging, so I switch to Bodi's Beginner Pilates with Lisa Hubbard.
