March 2022 Monthly Rotation
March's rotation started in February and will finish up in April.
I am still doing 5K Treadmill runs on Sunday. I have been running the whole 5K without stopping. For March, I will work on increasing my speed.
Monday - Cathe Lower Body Strength
Tuesday - Cathe Upper Body Strength
Wednesday - Susan Chung Kickboxing
Thursday - Cathe Lower Body Strength
Friday - Cathe Upper Body Strength
Saturday - Vibration Platform followed by a stretch workout.
Last week will be Michelle Dozois Metabolic Peak 10 workouts.
