It's 2022
It's 2022. Looking forward to good things to come. No resolutions for me this year but I do have goals. I have broken my health and fitness journey in rounds. I am in Round 9. Round 9 started January 2 and goes to April 2.
I began this journey I am on now June 1, 2020. The foundation of this journey has been fasting. Today Saturday January 22, 2022, put me at the end of week 86 and day 601. While it has not been easy and there have been ups and downs, I am very happy to have started.
I wish all of you a happy 2022 and significant progress towards your goals.
