April 2021 - Workouts - What I Did
April 2021
My rotation for April consisted of treadmill, Cathe, The FIRM, Zumba and one of Jessica Smith's new workout.I have not been particularly motivated to complete an actual rotation. So for April, I decided to do a plan but not hold myself to the plan if I felt like doing something else. Originally, for April I had all Cathe workouts schedule, but later decided to switch it up.
The only thing that I am committed to is to do at least 30 minutes of any workout six days a week.
Most workouts that I schedule are between 30 and 40 minutes. The only real exception was Sunday treadmill runs.
