August 2020 Monthly Rotation
I am doing the Beach Body Barre Blend program. This is a 60 day program. Although I added a prep week so I will not complete the program until the beginning of October. I am hoping to stick with it for the full 8 weeks.
- Sunday - Treadmill
- Monday - Classic Barre Blend
- Tuesday - Booty Barre Blend
- Wednesday - Cardio Barre Blend
- Thursday - Core Barre Blend
- Friday - Legs barre Blend
- Saturday - Weather permitting pool day
I do have a couple of new workout DVDs that I will try to squeeze in if I have the time.
