Suzanne Bowen BarreAmped Boot Camp - Thoughts

The second DVD in Suzanne Bowen's BarreAmped series is BarreAmped Boot Camp.  The workout is very similar to BarreAmped with the difference being that Suzanne includes low impact cardio moves in some of the segments.

There is a beginner and an advance modifier in all the segments except for the stretch segment.  Within each of  the segments Suzanne does perform brief stretching after working a major muscle group or after a particular series of moves.  The equipment list include a light pair of dumbbells, a chair and a mat.

Very challenging workout for me. Suzanne will telle you to "let it shake to change"  I could definitely feel it. I could not do all the reps straight through. I would take a break and then jump back in. I enjoyed this workout a little bit more than the first BarreAmped.
