January 2020 Rotation

For January, I am starting a Les Mills rotation.  I actually will be doing this rotation for February too. At least that is the plan, as it is a Les Mills 8 week, 5-day rotation that I am about to embark on. I will also be doing treadmill workouts throughout the month to get some extra steps in.

Sunday - Cardio Coach
Monday - Les Mills Body Pump
Tuesday - Les Mills Combat
Wednesday - Les Mills Barre
Thursday - Les Mills Sh'Bam
Friday - Les Mills Cxworx
Saturday - iFIT Alps Hiking Series
