BeachBody 3 Week Yoga Retreat - Thoughts
3 Week Yoga Retreat is a workout program by Beach Body.
It features 21 days worth of workouts. You can get the digital version of the program or buy the program on DVD.
I have the DVD version.
The DVD version comes with four DVDs, a workout calendar, a pose tracker, a 96 page eating guide and a quick start guide,
Each DVD is lead by a different instructor. The instructors are Vytas Baskauskas, Faith Hunter, Elise Joan, and Ted McDonald.
The workouts are 30 minutes or less and throughout each of the routines, there is a beginner modifier that will show the less intense version of the move. For each workout, you have the option of having music normal or music off. Also, each workout features a countdown timer and subtitles that tell you which exercise you are performing.

Bonus Beginner Basics
The relax workouts are meant to be done on Saturdays and the Take 10 workouts are meant to be done on Sundays.
I did not do all of these workouts I did all of Week 1, all of Week 2, the Core workout of Week 3, the Relax Week 1 workout, and all three take 10 workouts.
So of the workouts I did do, I felt they were well planned and overall decent yoga workouts. I was not a fan of all the sun salutations throughout. So I like the workouts were there were less of them.
I enjoyed each of the instructors well enough although I didn't do all of Ted's workouts but what I did do, I found him to be okay.
There were props used in each of the workouts - mostly by the beginner modifier. Props included yoga block, yoga belt, and mat.
3 stars.for each of the workouts I did do.
