Jessica Smith Walk On 4 Mile Power Walk - Thoughts
You can choose to do the whole workout or any of the miles. The workout runs continuously in that if you choose the play all option, you will see that the miles run into each other. There is not a definite stop/start.
In the past, Jessica has given each mile a name or a particular emphasis. That is not the case here. There is mile 1, mile 2, mile 3, and mile 4. There is also a warm and a cool down. You can choose any of the segments. You can skip ahead or hop back but your really can't customize or create a workout.
Each of the mile segments contain a timer that counts up and then resets itself as you go into the next mile. There is not a timer for the warm up or cool down.
I like Jessica's miles specific workouts. I like the music and set used in this workout.
