15 Day Fit Zumba Fit - Thoughts
15 Day Fit Zumba Fit DVD is one of the three DVDs that are a part of the 15 Day Fit Total Body Transformation program. The system comes with 8 workouts on three DVDs.'
The DVDs are:
15 Day Lower Body Fit
Fit Legs & Booty (15 min)
Fit Lean Legs (15 min)
Fit Booty Camp (15 min)
15 Day Cardio Fit
Fit Core + Strength (15 min)
Fit Fat Blast (15 min)
15 Day Zumba Fit
Zumba Let's Dance! (30 min)
Zumba Max 1 (30 min)
Beto's Ab-Stravanaganza (15 min).
I only did the Zumba workouts and thus will only be reviewing those. Beto is the lead for all the workouts and the workouts are narrated.
Zumba Beginner's Let's Dance is the first workout on this DVD. In the intro Beto, tells us we already know the steps, however there is not a learn the step sequence on this DVD. This workout could be an extension to the Can't Dance Zumba 101 DVD which does feature a Step by Step segment.
The workout included dance as well as fitness type moves all set to the beat of the music. I enjoyed it.
The tracks are:
Recalculating
Tu Boca
Asi Se Olvidan Las Penas
Yo QueTu
Un Corazon
Everybody Muevelo
Maga-Zin
Zumba Max 1 is a complication from the Zumba Max workout released as part of the Incredible Results System or that is where I got the DVD. There is definitely more intensity with this workout than there was with Let's Dance. Zumba Max is still one of my favorite Zumba workouts and I like the shorter version.
The selected tracks for Max 1 are:
I wanna jump
Bounce
Vamos Pa' La Pista
La Cumbia Caleiente
Violint
Marioneta
Baila Morena
Beto's Ab-Stranvanaganza is a core based/ab based workout. The workout consist of four tracks. The first two tracks are performed standing and the third and fourth tracks are floor based. The standing segments features side bends, torso twist, and elbow to knee type exercise. Some of the floor based exercises are bicycles, scissors, and oblique crunches. A mat is used in this segment.
The tracks:
Beat Go Pop Remix
A Bongo
Yela Mama
Hey Alicia
Let's Dance - 4 & 1/4 stars
Zumba Max 1 - 4 & 1/2 stars
Ab-Stravanganza - 3 stars

Hi Saundra, did you have a chance to preview the other DVDs from this set? If so, what do you think? TIA
ReplyDeleteI did preview the workouts but I haven't done them.
ReplyDeleteThey are not typical Zumba workouts. There is no music. Just the instructor talking. For the most part there is just one instructor leading each of the 15 minutes segments. A couple of the workouts, there were two instructors.
Most of workouts are a series of rounds where you do 4 to 5 exercises for a minute and then repeat the exercises. Burpees, jumping jacks, boxer weaves, plank holds. Switch lunges. That type of thing.
Just previewing them, I didn't care for them. I might do them one day. when I bought the set, I was looking more for shorter of the traditional style Zumba workouts.
