Kelly Coffey Meyer Cardio Pump - Review

30 Minutes To Fitness  Cardio Pump is a Kelly Coffey Meyer Spring 2015 release.  Cardio Pump features two 30 minutes workouts.
Workout one is a cardio boxing workout that clocks in at 30 minutes.  Kelly extended her cast for this.  Besides Kelly, there are seven cast members.
I really like this one.  The music is upbeat and high tempo and full of energy that doesn't feel forced.  The combinations flowed really well together and felt seamless.   There is a kickboxing element to the workout, although I will say there is more boxing than kicking.

Workout two is Pump.  It has the same cast as Workout One and it clocks in at just under 33 minutes.  This workout shares the same warm up as Workout one.  In Pump, Kelly takes your through each body part.  There are three exercises per body part and you do each exercise for one set for around a minute.  Workout Two is quite a bit slower in tempo and energy than Workout One but that is because  Kelly wants you to use heavy weights.  You do move from exercise to exercise so there is not that much rest.  Workout two has up tempo music that is mostly used as background music. Kelly tells you to go at your own pace.

The DVD menu contains the following options:
Introduction
Workout One
Workout Two
Premixes
Credits

The Premixes are:
Interval Pump (53 min)
Cardio Leg Pump (38 min)
Cardio Shoulder & Arms (41 min)
Cardio Back & Chest (38 min)
Pump Shoulder & Arms (18 min)
Pump Back & Chest (15 min)

When I did this workout, I did both workouts back to back and I just skipped the warm up in the second workout.
This is another winner for Kelly. When I saw the clip, I thought it was going to be good and I was not disappointed.
Workout 1 - 5 stars
Workout 2 - 4 stars
