Guillermo Gomez Kickboxing Cardio Dance - Thoughts
Kickboxing Cardio Dance. This DVD contains four sections. They are:
Tutorial - ~8 minutes
Cardio Dance - ~ 34 minutes
Martial Fusion Bootcamp - ~17 minutes
Cooldown - ~ 10 minutes
The dance in Cardio Dance. You have mambos and you have grapevines into a a spin. That really is all the dance there is. Guillermo does do a V step and step touches which you can make "dancey" but both of these moves are staples in his other workouts as well.
As far a kickboxing - triple jabs into upper cut and a knee smash. That's it.
The Kickboxing Cardio Dance does have a warm up that contains some stretching.
Martial Fusion Bootcamp has a little bit more kickboxing. Jabs, Cross, Upper Cuts and Roundhouse kicks. Jump ropes, jumping jacks, squats, and push ups all show up in the Boot Camp workout as well.
Both workouts are simple and very easy to follow. Not a favorite.
