Rotation notes:
Sunday is an outdoor run and ab/core work. Monday is kickboxing. Tuesday 1st 4 weeks - Total Body Weights, Tuesday 2nd 4 weeks - Upper Body Weights, Wednesday is Treadmill Cardio Coach, Thursday 1st 4 weeks Cardio Sculpt, Thursday 2nd 4 weeks sculpting, Friday is yoga/stretch and Saturday is functional fitness.
