Wednesday - The FIRM Power Cardio - Dale Brabham
Thursday - The FIRM Better Body and Buns- Jen Carman, Jen Peluso, Taber Bruner
Friday - The FIRM Maximum Cardio - Carissa Foster
Saturday - Rest

Sometime this week I am going to try to add The FIRM Power Half Hour with Emily Welsh. We will see if I get to it.
I have already reviewed Maximum Body Shaping and Better Body and Buns. So I won't review those again this week.
