Mobility & Bone Strengthening for Beginners is part of the Age Reversing workout series. This DVD contains the same Instruction & How To's segments as the other Age Reversing DVD,  plus two workouts. The Mobility workout clocks in at 28:53 and it is divided into two segments. A standing segment and a floor segment.  The standing segments works all the joints in the body including the pectorals, toes, ankles and hips by moving slowing but with purpose. Miranda does clock workout and windmills for the spine and sides of the body.  The standing segment is around 18 minutes. The floor segment uses a mat and optional risers and theraband.  The floor segment stretches the groin, hips, back and hamstrings.  The floor segment is around 10 minutes. Strengthen Your Bones clocks in at 33:13.  This workout is really a full body workout that moves slowly as it hits the various parts of the body. There is a standing segment and barre segment. 3 Weight Loss Walks   DVD is one of three DVDs that are a part of Jessica Smith's Walk On Walk The Weight Off 30 Day Plan - 3 DVD Box set. 3 Weight Loss Walks DVD contains four workouts. 15-Minute Calorie Burst 30-Minute Fat Blaster 40-Minute Mega Burn Bonus Workout: Standing Abs 15-Minute Calorie Burst is an interval workout.  Jessica introduces the base move and then she shows you how you can amp it up.  Some of the moves that appear in this workout are: Three knees grapevine Jump rope jack V-step punch Jog with high low arms Skaters The countdown timer appears at the 8-minute mark. 30-Minute Fat Blaster starts with an easy smooth warm up that is about 5 minute in length.   The workout moves into a steady state walk for about 5 minutes. Major Metabolism Booster DVD is one of three DVDs that are a part of Jessica Smith Walk On Walk The Weight Off 30 Day Plan - 3 DVD Box set. The Major Metabolism Booster DVD comes with three workouts. Pyramid Power Walk Strength Interval Walk Bonus:  20 Minute Chair Stretch Pyramid Power Walk is a 30-minute walk.  After about a 5 minute warm up, Jessica takes you on a walk where the tempo of the music steadily increases until it reaches a peak. This is probably your 15 minute mark. During the peak, you will have the option to run or jog.  After you hit the peak, then the tempo steadily decreases until you get to the cool down.stretch.  So the tempo of the workout really resembles that of a pyramid. Strength Interval Walk is a 30 minute workout that incorporate weights.  There is a warm up and cool down that are about 5 minutes each.  The overall tempo of the whole workout is a slower steady state tempo.  Please see spreadsheet for list of exercises: Both the Pyramid

5 Day Fat Bur n DVD is one of three DVDs that are a part of Jessica Smith's Walk On Walk The Weight Off 30 Day Plan - 3 DVD Box set. The 5 Day Fat Burn DVD comes with three workouts . HiiT Walk Toning Walk Bonus workout:  The Healthy Back Workout   HiiT Walk is a 30 minute interval workout that alternates steady state tempo with a faster higher energy tempo. The intervals follow a similar pattern that is in Jessica's other workouts.  You will do steady state for 3 minutes and then for 2 minutes you will do a high intensity interval.  A bell sounds to let you know you are about to start the interval. Interval moves are: 1. squat pulse + power knee strikes, 2. rear toe tap punches + toe tap jacks, 3.  shuffle step punch +  double step jack arms, 4.  jump rope + forward/back jog or march, + fast feet shuffle. The DVD menu offers the following options: Instructions & How To's Posture Pain Relief The Instructions & How To's contain the following segments: 1) How to get the most of your workout 2) How to stand correctly on your feet 3) How to stand with proper posture 4) How to do exercises when in pain 5) Neutral C  The Posture workout clocks in at 28:38.  Throughout the workout, Miranda spends quite a bit of time talking and explaining the workout as she proceeds slowing through the various moves.  There are two parts to this workout; a standing segment and a floor segment.  In the standing segment, this particular workout includes stretches for the back and shoulders.  There are a series of tai chi plies and side to side lunge stretches with overhead reaches. Martial Fusion Fitness Kickboxing is a 58 minute cardio kickboxing workouts. Along with Guillermo, there are two other cast members however there is not a beginner modifier. The warm up is 8 minute.  In the warm up, Guillermo introduces basic steps, punching and stretching. In the main part of the workout you do a series of drill base punching and cardio moves, alternated with kickboxing combos. The punching moves are jabs, hooks, and uppers. Cardio moves are jumping jacks, cross jacks, jump rope, double side shuffle, and grapevine. Some of the kickboxing combos include : Four Jab Cross + Step Knee + Round kick Upper - Hook - Cross Double Jab - Cross - Jab Jab - Cross - Hook - Upper - Front Kick The workout pretty much moves non-stop from move to move. There are transition moves such as boxer shuffle or side steps.  There are also 3 sets of  squats interspersed throughout the workout. Walk On 21 Day Weight Loss Plan includes four 30 minute walks on two DVDs.  Along with Jessica, there are two other cast members. Once cast member shows beginner modifications and one cast member shows advanced variations.  Jessica gives you a basic workout schedule on the back of the DVD. Disc1 Day 1: Cardio Core Walk clocks in at around the 31-minute mark.  The workout is filmed outside.  Throughout the workout, Jessica takes you through a series of walking combos with various exercise moves (many inspired by kickboxing) that target for the core. There is a bit of a dance flair to this workout as Jessica incorporates the grapevine, cha-cha, and mambo.  Towards the end of the workout, Jessica incorporates some very targeted core moves for the abs. So there is less walking during this segment. The music is great in this workout. It is high energy and gives the workout a really cool and fun vibe. This workout probably has my favorite group of tunes out of all of Jessica worko
