Zumba Latin Burst - Thoughts

Image
Zumba Latin Burst is a cardio interval workout that features the Zumba cardio burst.  Latin Burst features the same lead (Steve Boedt) and cast members as Global Burst. Also Latin Burst has the same warm up and cool down as Global Burst. Latin Burst workout is very similar to the Global Burst workout with the difference being the tunes in Latin Burst are mostly from the Latin music genre. So there is Salsa, Reggaeton, Samba and Merengue. Steve lets you know that the burst is coming by displaying superman arms.  The burst last probably for about 20 to 30 seconds. The burst are set to the music so the length of time of each burst is different and also the amount of rest between the burst is different.  The Tunes in Latin Burst are: Bass Go Boom Tiene Swing  Dance, Go Ese Hombre Ta Ciego Sube La Temperatura Comienza A Bailar Zumba Lluvia I thought this was a good time efficient workout. 3 & 3/4 stars

However the actual DVD menu doesn't allow you to select just the workout but you can chapter pass the warm up. If you
