Les Mills On Demand Sh'Bam #14

Image
There are several programs that are part of Les Mills On Demand. Sh'Bam is one of those programs.  Sh'Bam is a dance workout that is kind of in your face.  It features mostly club style dance done to a variety of music genres.  It is cheeky. It's sassy and most of the dances are a lot of fun. The workouts are often lead by Program Director Rachael Newsham. She normally has two to three people joining her in teaching a dance. Each dance is taught to a song. You often start out with a basic move and minimum or half time tempo and as you repeat the move, you increase the intensity, the movement and the speed. So Sh'Bam #14 Features the following tracks.  Times  are approximate: 1    Let It Roll    3:06 2    Maria    4:13 3    A Little Party Never Killed-Nobody, All We Got    4:00 4    I Kissed A Girl    3:08 5    #thatPower    4:38 6    Live It UP    3:59 7    We Belong    3:20 8    Ai Se Eu Te Pego    2:41 9    Mama Do the Hump    3:34 10    11:59    3:3
