BarreAmped Bounce is a trampoline barre inspired workout. Suzanne takes you through six segments that focus on various body parts.  Along with Suzanne, there is one other cast member, Jess Spears, who is showing advanced moves.  Suzanne is showing the modifications. Each of the segments start with a bounce warm up.  In between most of the exercises in all the segments (except stretch), Suzanne and Jess bounce it out. The bounce is free-style. You can do what you want in this area. The Arms & Abs track use a set of light dumbbells. Suzanne and Jess first take you through and arm series before moving down to the mat (trampoline) for ab sequence. Arms & Abs clocks in at 16 minutes. Thigh Bounce is about the legs. RUAH's Warrior and Release workouts featuring Leah Sarago and Suzanne Bowen

Release clocks in at around 58 minutes.  Leah and Suzanne gives a brief introduction to the workout and then the workout begins with the warm up and moves into the standing work.  This is a narrated workout. Leah does the narration. Suzanne shows modifications throughout. Workout concludes with  relaxing stretch, followed by meditation time. Suzanne Bowen BarreAmped Strengthen & Stretch series contains six workouts spread across two DVDs. The workouts are: Barre Power Stretch - 23 minutes - disc 1 Advanced Active Stretch - 28 minutes - disc 1 Lower Body Stretch - 20 minutes - disc 2 Upper Body Stretch - 12 minutes - disc 2 Relaxation Stretch - 13 minutes - disc 2 Bonus Ball Stretch - 6 minutes - disc 2 In BarreAmped Strengthen & Stretch, the emphasis is on the stretch throughout the five workouts.  Suzanne includes dynamic and static stretches in all the routines. There is a lot of breath work throughout the segments.  The moves in all the routines is very methodical and performed in at a controlled pace. DVD Menu Play All Intro Total Body Sculpt - 28 min Thigh & Seat - 17 min Abs Blast - 13 min Sleek & Tone Shoulders - 11 min Relaxation Stretch - 12 Minutes In Total Body Sculpt , Suzanne hits all the areas, You start off with arm work using weights. Suzanne then moves into focus thigh work and this is followed by seat work and a lunge series. The workout concludes with Mat work to include a core section. Thigh & Seat workout targets the legs and glutes.  This was a super challenging segment. Shake to change is right as I was definitely shaking. The segment starts standing and moves with wide second and high V series.  Next, you move to the floor for knee dancing and this is followed by a pretzel series.   Ab Blast starts with a standing warm-up before going to the floor for some intense upper ab work.
