Introduction to my three part review of the NordicTrack Commercial X11i

This is an introduction to what is going to be a three-part review and/or synopsis of my experience buying and using my new treadmill. This is the fourth treadmill that I have purchased.  Prior to this one, I had a manual treadmill that I got in the late 90s but I forget which brand.  In the early 2000s, I bought a Proform treadmill.  In 2011, I bought another Proform and now I have the NordicTrack X11i. I will post Part 1 and Part 2 today.  And then in about a month, I will post Part 3.   I broke it up into three parts because I wanted to share my experience with the purchase process and it was getting quite long.  Part 3 will come in about a month because I have only used the treadmill twice even though I have had it for about a month and I want to use it more before I delve more into what I like about it and what I don't like as far as actually using the treadmill goes. Cathe Intermediate Conditioning Extreme (ICE) Series

  Every year Cathe comes out with new workouts. This year the workouts focus on the intermediate exerciser hence the name of the series - Intermediate Conditioning Extreme or ICE for short. The series comes with seven workouts.There are: Two lower body workouts:  To the Mat: Legs & Glutes, Chiseled Lower Body Blast One upper body workout: Chiseled Upper Body Two total body workouts:  Boot Camp Circuit, Metabolic Total Body Two cardio conditioning workouts:  Low Impact Sweat, Rock'm Sock'm Kickbox All the workouts have tons and I do mean tons of premixes.  The ICE series also include twelve bonus workouts.  The bonus workouts range any where from 10 minutes in the  length to 22 minutes in length. There are two bonus core/ab workouts. Five bonus workouts that are called blizzard blast. These are geared towards the advance exercisers. There are also five body part workouts.
