30 Minutes To Fitness Cardio Pump is a Kelly Coffey Meyer Spring 2015 release. Cardio Pump features two 30 minutes workouts. Workout one is a cardio boxing workout that clocks in at 30 minutes. Kelly extended her cast for this. Besides Kelly, there are seven cast members. I really like this one. The music is upbeat and high tempo and full of energy that doesn't feel forced. The combinations flowed really well together and felt seamless. There is a kickboxing element to the workout, although I will say there is more boxing than kicking. Workout two is Pump. It has the same cast as Workout One and it clocks in at just under 33 minutes. This workout shares the same warm up as Workout one. In Pump, Kelly takes your through each body part.
