BarreAmped Bounce is a trampoline barre inspired workout. Suzanne takes you through six segments that focus on various body parts.  Along with Suzanne, there is one other cast member, Jess Spears, who is showing advanced moves.  Suzanne is showing the modifications. Each of the segments start with a bounce warm up.  In between most of the exercises in all the segments (except stretch), Suzanne and Jess bounce it out. The bounce is free-style. You can do what you want in this area. The Arms & Abs track use a set of light dumbbells. Suzanne and Jess first take you through and arm series before moving down to the mat (trampoline) for ab sequence. Arms & Abs clocks in at 16 minutes. Thigh Bounce is about the legs.
