December 2023 Workout Rotation

December 2023 Workout Rotation. Sunday - Treadmill Monday - Yoga Tuesday - Zumba Wednesday - Yoga Thursday - Zumba Friday - Lower Body Saturday - Rest I will be following the treadmill workout with a stretch session.  Monday through Friday. I will do single upper body part session.  

December 2022 Monthly Rotation

December 2022 I have a 5K race plan for the 10th.  Sundays continue to be treadmill followed by a stretch. For December, I will just be doing 2.5 miles. I will be doing BeachBody Fire & Flow workouts. They just release this series from VIP Early Access. I actually thought they would hold it until January to release it but was glad to see I could do the workouts for my December rotation. I will be starting the month off with a couple of Michelle Dozois workout.  

December 2021 Workouts

  December 2021 Workouts - What I did. Planned rotation got interrupted with an unexpected trip.  I was able to lean into Jessica Smith YouTube workouts to get in some focus exercise. That ended up being okay as I had planned to do Kelly Coffey-Meyers two new workouts but they will not be shipped out until next year. This month consisted of Treadmill walks, Cathe, Zumba, The FIRM, Jessica Smith and Tracie Long. I did do a workout from Classical Strength Season 14. I did not really like that workout. The Tracie Long Focus workouts were deceptively tough. It has been a minute since I have done these workouts.

December 2014 Happy December to you all. No real order to this month's rotation. Most of the workouts that I have scheduled are new to me. The schedule will change or shift if I don't get the Cathe Ripped with HiiT workouts in. Hoping everyone has a great December.

December 2011 Monthly Rotation

December is here. Wow, this year has really flown by fast. I am starting off the month with a new workout, Max 30 by Toby Massenburg. The DVD has three workouts (Max Sculpt, Max Cardio, and Max Core /Abs). I will do Max Sculpt December 1st and Max Cardio December 2nd. The rest of the month looks like: Sunday - Fitness Favorites Rebounding/Treadmill Monday - CIA Kickbox Workouts Tuesday - Fitness Favorites Cardio Sculpt Wednesday - CIA Step Workouts Thursday - Fitness Favorites Cardio Sculpt Friday - Tracie Long Fitness 30 Minute Focus Series Saturday - Rest Looking at my rotation, I have three totally brand new to me workouts. Max 30 is one. The other two are G-Force 1 and G-Force 2.

December 2010 Rotation

Wow, this year has flown by. I can't believe that December starts tomorrow. For December's rotation, about a 1/3 of the workouts will be my first outing with them. Although, I have had some of them for almost a year, if not longer. The breakdown: Sunday - Circuit of some sort (mostly FIRM new workouts). Monday - Dance Tuesday - Cardio Sculpt - The FIRM Wednesday - Step Thursday - FitPrime Originals Friday - rest day Saturday - Amy Bento cardio weight workouts. On Sunday the 5th, I have three 20 minute workouts listed. They are all FIRM workouts: Power Sculpt, Core & Lower Body Toner , and Weighted Gloves Cardio Workout. I might replace Wednesday the 29th workout with the FIRM Cardio Step Mix . I will see when I get there. Right now I have Cathe's Intensity listed. It will be one or the other. It was my intention to take 2 rest days in December, but I decided to just go for one. Usually in December I like to take it easy and go with less intense or shor...
