Bodi XB Sweat + Sculpt with Andrea Rogers - Thoughts

XB Sweat + Sculp t by Andrea Rogers is a new program at BODi (formerly Beach Body). All the workouts  that are a part of the series are listed below. However, I only did the first two weeks plus the  express stretch workout. The main workouts are 30-minute (ranging from 28 min to 32 mins) in length.  The express workouts are around 15-minutes.  Each of the workouts I did had a beginner modifier.  Ankle weight, resistance band and a mat are on the equipment list.  Andreas uses both the band and ankle weights for lower and upper body resistance moves.   Each of the 30-minute sweat workouts included some form of toning (whether that was targeting the core, lower, or upper  body or even total body).  The sweat workouts alternated cardio dance segments with sculpting toning segment. The sculpt workouts were pretty much strictly sculpting with a particular focus. Andrea worked the body at various levels (i.e. seated, standing, lying, all fours).  I felt the warm up and cool down very minimum

Sleek Technique Sleek Full Ballet Body Sculpt

Sleek Technique Full Ballet Body Sculpt consist of five 10-minute ballet inspired workouts plus warm up and cool down. This DVD came as a three-DVD set. The warm up, tutorial and cool down are the same sessions included on Sleek Techniques other two workouts. See below for a link to the other two DVDs. The DVD Menu Introduction Tutorial Warm Up Mat Abs Standing Abs Ballerina Back & Arms Perfect Pro Legs Sassy Show Girl Cool Down Mat Abs starts off working the lower abs with supine frog plies and single leg switches. Next we move to lying side work working the right side by dong arabesques crunches, attitudes and side planks.  Then comes a set of front elbow planks. The exercise repeat leading left. After repeating the exercise, we do a set of can cans, 4 point extension, and full planks. The session concludes with down dog single leg splits. Suzanne Bowen BarreAmped Bounce

BarreAmped Bounce is a trampoline barre inspired workout. Suzanne takes you through six segments that focus on various body parts.  Along with Suzanne, there is one other cast member, Jess Spears, who is showing advanced moves.  Suzanne is showing the modifications. DVD Menu Introduction Play All Arms & Abs  Thigh Bounce Booty Bounce Cardio Bounce Total Body Bounce Stretch See tables for list of exercises. Each of the segments start with a bounce warm up.  In between most of the exercises in all the segments (except stretch), Suzanne and Jess bounce it out. The bounce is free-style. You can do what you want in this area. The Arms & Abs track use a set of light dumbbells. Suzanne and Jess first take you through and arm series before moving down to the mat (trampoline) for ab sequence. Arms & Abs clocks in at 16 minutes. Thigh Bounce is about the legs. You are working mostly the quads and this segment is about 13-minutes in length. Booty Bounce clocks in at around 13-minut

May 2023 Monthly Workout Schedule This month is Jessica Smith barre inspired workouts and Andrea Rogers XB Sculpt & Sweat workouts.  For Sundays I am still continuing with with iFIT 5K USA workouts.  On tap this month, I will be running through California, Colorado an Connecticut.
