CherFitness A New Attittude Step Class - Thoughts

Image
CherFitness A New Attitude: Step Class .  This is one of the very first video workouts that I ever own.  The video is some 24 years old and it features three workouts;  a 38 minute Step Class, a 10 minute Ab workout and a 32 minute Lower Body Workout. I only did the Step Class this time around. The Step Class features a rockin soundtrack. The Hot Dance workout is 38 minutes of athletic style with a dance flair cardio. The workout features a warm up, one lengthy combo, and cool down/stretch. There is a lot of "taking it from the top". So much so, that I started to get annoyed. Very very repetitive. Dory takes you through three or four iterations of each pass be...
