October 2012 Monthly Rotation
I have a couple of things going on in October. I am planning on attending the FIRM Believer's Trip and I am also running at 10K race.
So my rotation is designed to support both of these upcoming events.
I have a mixture of FIRM workouts, Cardio Coach workouts, Cardio Karate and I am planning on doing KCM latest workout Plateau Busters.
So I am not exactly doing my normal style rotation but a little change is good.

Sounds like a fun month, Saundra, with the 10K and The Firm trip. I have been waiting for you to do Plateau Buster, so I could read your review. I wish it was scheduled a little earlier in the month:)! Thanks for your input on the cardio.

ReplyDeleteHow do I stay motivated? I think it is variety. I do need to switch it up. This month I have been trying keep my workouts under 45 minutes. Doing shorter workouts help when I don't feel motivated.
But also just making a rotation and a schedule is something that motivates me. Once I make it. I print it off and it is there in my gym.
So it is like "it is on the schedule, so I have to do it".
There are some days, I am like "why did I schedule that?" But once I start, I am usually okay.
