Jari Love Get Ripped! To The Core - Thoughts
Get Ripped! To The Core is approximately 65 minutes in length. It is a resistance weight training workout with a focus on muscle toning.
The exercises chosen are compound in nature. In almost all the exercises, you are working both the upper body and lower body at the same time.
As you move through the workout, you are given a brief introduction of the exercises that appear in that section. During this introduction, you will see someone demonstrate the move, as well as an announcer that tells you what muscle groups you are working.
After the introduction segment but before the workout segment begins, Jari gives you even more tips and encouragement. So there is a lot of time between the various exercises. While this gave the feeling of the workout moving slowing, I also thought it was okay because the reps are pretty high and it gave you a chance to rest before beginning the next series.
The warm up is performed using weights. Along with Jari, there are three other cast members. One cast member does show modification and another cast member shows more advanced options.
Dumbbells, barbell, step and mat are the equipment used in this workout.
The workout was okay. I didn't like it as much as the original Get Ripped!
