August 2010 Rotation

Short Rotation for August. I will be starting September's Rotaton early.
Rotation breakdown for August is:
Sunday: 3 mile run
Monday: FIRM AWT
Tuesday: Cathe Kickbox
Wednesday: Circuit/Interval Type workouts
Thursday: Treadmill - Cardio Coach
Friday: Sculpt
Saturday: Active Recovery with some cardio, mostly I am going to try to learn Seasun's Stepping Up. I learned the first combo, which I am sure I forgot now and then never came back to it.
