Here's the plan for October Sunday - Treadmill
Monday - Cathe Circuit workouts
Tuesday - Old VHS Step Workouts (Cher and Jane Fonda)
Wednesday - Cardio Coach mp3 workouts
Thursday - Cardio Karate
Friday - The FIRM BSS2 & BSS3 workouts
Saturday - rest
I also have two races plan - a 5K and a 10K.
