  January 2022 Monthly Rotation Sunday - Treadmill Monday - Cathe Strength Tuesday - Cathe IMAX Wednesday- Cathe Strength Thursday - Cathe Step Friday - Cathe Strength Saturday - Stretching The Cathe Strength workouts are from her PHA workouts.  PHA style workout is one of my favorite forms of doing strength training It alternates lower and body exercises.  These workouts move super quick. I am three weeks into this rotation and it has gone well.  Started the month off with left hip discomfort. So each time I would do squats, side lunges, deadlifts - I would feel it. This week I didn't feel much of that discomfort. In addition to this rotation, I am also doing the nightly Controlled stretch series from Autumn's Beachbody Control Freak series.  One of my goals is to increase my flexibility.

It's 2022

Hello All, It's 2022.  Looking forward to good things to come. No resolutions for me this year but I do have goals.  I have broken my health and fitness journey in rounds.  I am in Round 9. Round 9 started January 2 and goes to April 2.   I began this journey I am on now June 1, 2020.  The foundation of this journey has been fasting. Today Saturday January 22, 2022, put me at the end of week 86 and day 601.  While it has not been easy and there have been ups and downs, I am very happy to have started. I wish all of you a happy 2022 and significant progress towards your goals.
