Jeanette teaches a move at half speed and then she picks up the tempo as she moves through the combo. Round 9 Update

Round 9 Update Hello All.  Today ends round 9. I am ending round 9 with a 36 hour fast.  Round 9 was a cut round.  I was focused on losing weight while maintaining muscle mass. I started round 9 off at 162.2 and I have ended round 9 at 146.  That is 16.2 pound loss. I am giving myself an A for round 9.  My goal was to be at 145 pounds, so not bad. Round 10 starts tomorrow and my goal for round 10 is to maintain weight and add a bit more muscle and tone.  Each round is 13 weeks. The Rounds Round 9 January 2 to April 2, cut round Round 10 April 3 to July 2, maintenance round Round 11 July 3 to October 1, cut round Round 12 October 2 to December 31,  maintenance round January 1, 2022 April 2, 2022

April 2022 Monthly Rotation Sunday - Treadmill runs. Moving mileage up to 4 miles. Monday - FIRM Total Body Sculpting Tuesday - FIRM Cardio parts Wednesday - Cathe Metabolic Workouts Thursday - Cardio Karate Friday - Essentrics Total Body Saturday - Vibration platform and extended stretching. I will also be doing nightly stretching and some of Kelly Coffey-Meyer 30-Minute to Fitness Abs & Core workouts. Happy Exercising and Happy Health to you all.
