Jeanette leads a large cast in this workout where she takes them and me through a series of relatively easy to follow dance moves. Jeanette teaches a move at half speed and then she picks up the tempo as she moves through the combo. This method of teaching lessoned the intensity of the workout and the workout moved much slower than I wanted. What I did like was there not an e
